MISSION AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ALLIANCE 
 
We act for the benefit of the alliance and the zone. 
 
IN DEFENSE - strengthening the attacked cities - by placing your troops there. 
IN ATTACK - We plan together. We burn "flying cities", players removed from the alliance or when we want to reclaim land. We do NOT attack on our own because it does not pay off. 
We do not attack without R4 or R5 approval. 
We do not attack players below 30 lvl. 
We do not attack our allies and their allies. In the event of a dispute, we first activate diplomacy by reporting to R5 or R4 in the absence of R5. 
We operate in accordance with the principles of fair play and respect for others. We do not tolerate non-cultural, sexist and racist behavior. 
 
 COMMAND AND DIPLOMACY: 
 
In the absence of a rank 5 player, he commands and conducts diplomatic talks with the highest level of the rank 4 players who is (present in the game) or a person designated by him - according to the goals and mission of the alliance. 
 
 
 RANKS: </> 
1st commanders - rank 4 players are promoted at the request of rank 3, 4 or 5 players 
2. full members of the alliance, active players rank 3 
3. new players or not yet promoted and players not adhering to the rules rank 2 
4. rank 1 players to be removed from the alliance and not following the rules. 
 
POWERS: 
 
Rank 4 players have the right to decide on the development of the alliance and request changes to the rules - by: 
1. Submitting an official application by general message to all players. 
2. Asking a rank 5 player to make such a proposal on their behalf 
3. Each application is considered within 24 hours from its publication. 
4. The application is considered approved if it was accepted by 50% + players of ranks 3 and 4. No objection is deemed to support the application. 
5. Rank 3, 2 and 1 players may submit their applications to the ranks 4 and 5 players. 
 
 RANGE 5 
 
Rank 4 players after reaching level 50 have the right to propose their candidacy for rank 5. 
Agitation is allowed through - sending a general message on the matter or presenting your candidacy in the alliance chat. 
A change of rank can take place if the candidate has the support of 50% + players of rank 3,4,5 
-voting mode to be determined- 
 
 DEGRADATION AND REMOVAL FROM THE ALLY: 
 
1 Unauthorized absence days 4 downgrading to rank 1. 
2 A rank 2 player who still does not adhere to the alliance rules may be moved to rank 1 by rank 4 and 5 players 
3. Rank 1 players for unexcused absences will be removed on Saturday at 5.00 p.m. - unless it is necessary to do so. 
4th rank 1 players do not have to be removed from the alliance if the reason for their degradation has resolved - they are then assigned rank 3 
 
 COOPERATION: 
 
1.When we plan to join the concentration via the battle panel - in the settings - AUTOMATICALLY JOIN - (8H) - after entering the panel, select in the settings
-JOIN THE SOLDIER- 
2.When we plan to manually join a concentration through the battle panel - we have to select the concentration to which we plan to join - then the unit settings field will appear - we select one type of units (3-4 units) and then set them only on one field. Readiness AFTER SETTING up we approve-BATTLE- 
3. Such a solution is necessary due to the limit of units that may participate in a concentration .. 

 
 GRANTS 
Each member of the alliance should submit a minimum of 7 donations a day. 
 
 MECH OF THE ALLIANCE: 
 
The MECHA of an alliance can only be joined by a rank 5 player
